1. Can I use boiling water (100°C) to clean the machine?
🚫 No, high-temperature water can damage the NaturaMask Maker and significantly reduce its lifespan.

2. Can I mix fruit or vegetable juices with pulp or pomace?
🚫 Avoid adding grains or pomace, as they may block the liquid flow and are not absorbable by the skin.

3. How much water can I use to make or clean the mask?
💧 Use the following measurements for optimal results:

• Making a mask: 60ml water + 20ml nutrient solution.
• Cleaning the machine: 80ml water.

4. What should I do if the mask solidifies inside the machine?
🔧 Connect the power cord and press the control key to heat for 5 minutes. Then, press the start button to release the liquid.

Important Notes:

1️⃣ Dense nutrients like honey or milk must be diluted with water.
2️⃣ Follow the voice prompts during operation for a seamless experience.
3️⃣ Do not exceed 90ml total capacity when making masks.
4️⃣ Do not submerge the NaturaMask Maker in water or rinse it directly under running water.
5️⃣ Keep hands and hard objects away from the machine during operation. Maintain at least a 10cm distance from the table's edge.

Tips for Best Use:

💡 NaturaMask Maker does not include a juicing function. Prepare 20ml of fruit or vegetable juice in advance and mix it with water according to the instructions.
